In general, the CAIR collects, uses and discloses Personal Information about our members and service providers in order to serve the needs of the organization membership. Specifically, the CAIR website may collect three different types of information:
- Personal Information – Certain processes available on this website are used to collect personal information such as “Become a Member,” “Account Details” “Register for Event/Webinar”, etc. Any personally identifiable data about members or website visitors is stored securely and used only for the purpose for which it is provided.

This information may include the length of your visit, date and time of visit, the pages you looked at, etc. It doesn’t include any personal information. This data is used to help us better design our web site.

The information stored tends to be used for login procedures (if applicable to this site) or to support browsing information.

How does the CAIR protect my personal information?
We secure the data on our systems using methods that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and recommend that you use security features built into your browser as well as maintaining the latest updates.
How can I update or remove my information?
It is important that the Personal Information held by the CAIR about you is accurate and current. We ask that you keep us informed of changes to your Personal Information. You can ask to see the Personal Information we hold about you. In some circumstances you can withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information. However, the withdrawal of your consent may impact on our ability to serve you and to maintain our relationship with you.
